We make every effort to ship orders out on the same day that they're received and in most cases we are able to accomplish this.

During the busy season (March-June), please allow up to 2 days for order processing. Also, please note that the shipping speed you choose at check out begins once the order has been received by USPS or UPS from Reddiset. They are responsible for delivering at the shipping speed you paid for. The shipping speed you pay for does not begin at the moment you submit your order online to Reddiset.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@reddiset.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a non-negotiable $6 restocking fee. If your return is accepted, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

The only exception to the restocking fee is if you were originally sent an incorrect or defective item from Reddiset. You will not be charged the restocking fee in that instance.
