Do you sell tech suits?
Yes - we have hundreds of tech suits in stock at all times. Speedo, TYR, Arena, Mizuno, and Finis. All styles, all colors, 12 and under approved, 13+. We also offer expert in person sizing. We can help you figure out the best suit and size for all different strokes and distances.
What types of swim goggles do you offer?
We carry thousands of Speedo Vanquishers, Speedo Junior Vanquishers, Speedo Pure Focus, Speedo Hyper Flyers, Arena Tracks, Arena Cobra Core, Arena Cobra Ultra, TYR Blackhawk, TYR Vecta, and TYR Special Ops. All available in mirrored or clear lens, in every color combination you can think of.
Do you have a wide range of sizes for swimsuits?
Yes - all of our team suits are available in sizes as small as 18, up to size 40.
Do you carry swim gear for kids as well as adults?
Yes - we carry swim equipment and suits for all ages - from 3-4 year old "learning to swim", through teen/adult "competitive" swimmers, all the way up to masters swimmers.
Do you have a physical store location or are you only online?
We have an active online store, but we also have 3 physical retail locations in Lawrenceville, GA, Johns Creek, GA, and Hamilton Mill, GA. Our warehouse is also in Lawrenceville, GA - this is where we keep all of our tech suit inventory. Please call for an appointment to stop by and discuss tech suits.
How do I know which swim goggles or swim suit will be best for me?
If you stop by any of our physical retail locations our friendly staff can help guide you through our extensive goggle selection. If you have questions before shopping online - feel free to call us any time and we can help with any questions you may have.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Yes - we're very flexible with returns and exchanges. Most every unopened item in the original packaging, with tags attached (prior to 30 days) is eligible for a return or exchange with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for any items worn or used in the water. Tech suits have a very strict return policy - noted in red on our website.
Do you offer any warranties on your swim gear?
We extend all manufacturer warranties to our customers for every item we sell. If you have an issue with any product purchased from Reddiset, please call or email us and we'll do everything we can to help with your concern.
Do you support any local swim teams or organizations?
Yes - we're very active in our local swim community. We outfit over 30 year round swim clubs, 100 summer league teams, and 50 high schools. We participate regularly in Swim Across America and various other organizations through equipment donation and sponsorship.
Do you have any swim gear that is suitable for competitive swimmers?
Yes - all of our products are suitable for competitive swimming. We work with the top brands in the industry - Speedo, TYR, Arena, Mizuno, Nike Swim, Finis, SBR, Strokemaker, and ONE Swimmer's Best.
Do you have any swim gear for triathlons or open water swimming?
Yes - all of our gear and suits are suitable for triathlon and open water swimming.
Do you have any swim gear for water aerobics or other fitness activities?
We do not carry products specific to these activities. However, we do carry plenty of products such as pull floats, kickboards, and hand paddles that are commonly used in water fitness.
Do you have any swim gear for swimmers with disabilities or special needs?
All of our products could be used for swimmers with special needs. Please contact us to discuss these options in more detail and to see if we have products that would work well for a specific situation.
Do you offer any swim gear customization or personalization options?
Customization is our specialty. We offer customization on all of our products - specifically parkas, warm ups, backpacks, suits, caps, and towels. Everything is customizable with a heat pressed or embroidered team logo and name. We also print all spirit wear, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, visors, and tote bags in house with very fast turn around.
Do you have any swim gear that is specifically designed for training or endurance?
Yes - we have specific products made with higher quality materials that work well for endurance training. We stand behind all of our products to make sure their quality can withstand any training you can throw at it!
Do you come out for in person team fittings?
Yes - for teams in Georgia, we are able to do in person fittings to make sure all of your swimmers are fit properly for their team suit. Our staff are trained to know how a swimsuit should fit and can help your families find the perfect size.
