Shipping policy

 

All orders containing "non-customized" items will generally ship from our warehouse within 5 business days. Orders containing customized items - such as apparel/suits with team logos, embroidery, or personalization always require additional processing time. We aim to ship all orders containing custom items within 10 business days of receiving the order.  Upgraded shipping speeds does not include order processing and completion time. 

 Due to increased demand and stock availability - pre-season orders for summer league and high school teams may have extended lead time. For orders placed by your team's deadline, delivery will be on or before the first meet or the date agreed upon by your team rep.

All orders submitted through Reddiset.com will receive an order confirmation by text or email.  Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by text or email. Please check your spam folder if these emails do not arrive in your inbox as expected. 

We are not responsible for carrier delays.
