Refund policy
For every item on our website (excluding tech suits and all items with a team logo) we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Tech Suits have a separate return/refund policy - detailed at the bottom of this page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned suits that do not meet these requirements will be rejected for refund and disposed of. Please be very confident that the suit you are sending back to us meets the above requirements. It will be inspected thoroughly.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@reddiset.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a non-negotiable 6 dollar restocking fee. If your return is accepted, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
The only exception to the restocking fee is if you were originally sent an incorrect or defective item from Reddiset. You will not be charged the restocking fee in that instance.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept any return/refund requests for any items that have been worn in the water, on sale items or gift cards, or customized items (embroidered or heat pressed with a custom logo). We also do not accept any returns for items purchased in bulk by a PMG company.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases in the same transaction as a return. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to repurchase the item you need from our website in a separate order. Shipping charges apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the $6 restocking fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
ONLINE PURCHASES: Due to the nature and design of tech suits, we do not accept returns on tech suits sold online.
IN STORE PURCHASES: We do not accept refunds for tech suits purchased in our stores - only size exchanges. Reddiset will make size exchanges for non-defective, unworn (or tried on) suits, when the exchange request occurs within 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt. If the suit fabric is stretched, punctured, or torn, Reddiset will not accept a return or exchange the suit.
All sales are FINAL on clearance tech suits in person or online.
