REDDISET GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS - "Splash Cash"

• Promotional Gift Cards are separate from purchased gift cards, please see below.
• This gift card is redeemable for merchandise purchased from Reddiset, Inc. online or at participating Reddiset retail locations.
• Gift cards may be used toward the purchase of eligible merchandise and may be combined with other forms of payment.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• No dormancy, inactivity, or service fees will be charged.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be used to pay invoices or other account balances.
• Reddiset is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of a gift card. Treat your gift card like cash.
• Gift cards are not refundable after purchase, except as required by applicable law.
• If merchandise purchased with a gift card is returned, any eligible refund will generally be issued back to the gift card or as store credit, consistent with Reddiset's return policy.
• Reddiset reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift card where fraud, unauthorized use, or other unlawful activity is suspected.
• Additional terms may apply to promotional or complimentary gift cards.
• Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Promotional Gift Card Terms

Promotional gift cards are issued by Reddiset, Inc. as part of a special offer, promotion, customer appreciation program, or other promotional activity. Promotional gift cards are subject to the following terms:

• Promotional gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Promotional gift cards may only be used toward eligible purchases from Reddiset and may not be used to purchase additional gift cards or pay invoices or account balances.
• Promotional gift cards may have an expiration date, which will be clearly disclosed at the time the promotional gift card is issued.
• Promotional gift cards may not be combined with other promotional gift cards or offers unless specifically stated in the promotion.
• Promotional gift cards are not transferable and may not be resold.
• If an order purchased using a promotional gift card is returned, the promotional value may be forfeited and will not be refunded in cash or converted to a regular gift card.
• Promotional gift cards may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, redemption periods, or other conditions specific to the promotion. Any such restrictions will be disclosed with the applicable offer.
• Promotional gift cards are not refundable and are not eligible for replacement if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
• Reddiset reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption of a promotional gift card if it was obtained or used through fraud, abuse, or violation of the applicable promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, promotional gift cards cannot be combined with another promotional gift card.
• Reddiset reserves the right to modify or discontinue a promotion in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated with the offer.
